El-Rehoboth Global Leadership Foundation [EGLF] is an indigenous missions group established to spread, promote and accelerate the gospel worldwide; advocate the global cause of Christ in the local churches and disciple Christ followers from among the nations.
A Mission Born from Conviction
El-Rehoboth Global Leadership Foundation was born out of a deep conviction that God has a vital role for every believer in fulfilling His redemptive plan for all nations. Founded in Jos, Nigeria, the organization began as a small group of passionate believers who recognized the staggering gap between the church's awareness of the Great Commission and its actual engagement with global missions.
We are convinced God has a vital role for every believer to fulfil His redemptive plan for all nations. So, we recruit, train and partner with churches and individuals to identify and perform this role. We also engage humanitarian outreaches to assist and empower the poor, the vulnerable, like widows, orphans and the persecuted believers in order to meet their material needs. Our work spans humanitarian outreach, church equipping, leadership development, and youth mobilization across nations.
The name “El-Rehoboth” comes from Genesis 26:22, where Isaac names a well “Rehoboth,” saying “Now the Lord has given us room and we will flourish in the land.” This reflects our belief that God has made room for His church to flourish in mission — that the field is vast, the harvest is plentiful, and there is space for every believer to play their part.

We envision a day when every believer — regardless of background, denomination, or location — recognizes and actively fulfills their God-given role in the Great Commission. Our vision is not for a select few missionaries, but for the entire Body of Christ to be mobilized as an advancing force for the gospel across every nation, tribe, and tongue.
Our Mission
To equip, inspire, support, empower, engage, ignite and mentor God's people through provision of strategic programs, tools and training that catalyze, accelerate and ensure each one plays their roles to fulfill the worldwide mission of God.
Our mission is action-oriented and comprehensive. We do not simply raise awareness — we provide the practical tools, training, and ongoing support that believers need to move from inspiration to active engagement in global missions. Every program we design, every resource we create, and every partnership we build serves this singular mission of equipping God's people for His worldwide purpose.
The Church is designed as an advancing army for God's world-wide mission, especially in the face of dangers. More than any time in human history, the world needs the church more than the church needs it. In making God's mission ours, we advance it; beat no retreat, offer no surrender.

Founded in Jos, Nigeria
El-Rehoboth Global Leadership Foundation was established with a clear mandate: to champion Christ's global cause in the local church and raise followers of the Lamb from every tribe and nation.
First International Mission Trip
The organization expanded beyond Nigerian borders, sending its first cross-cultural mission team to neighboring West African countries, laying the foundation for a truly global outreach strategy.
World Harvest Advance Training Institute Launched
Recognizing the urgent need for structured mission training, EGLF launched WHATI — a comprehensive training institute designed to equip church leaders and missionaries with practical skills for cross-cultural ministry.
Kingdom Vanguard Assembly (KVA) Established
A dedicated youth ministry arm was created to mobilize the next generation. KVA provides young people with a missional community, spiritual mentorship, and opportunities for hands-on mission engagement.
20+ Nations Reached
With partnerships spanning over 20 countries across Africa, Asia, and Europe, El-Rehoboth celebrated the milestone of impacting communities and training leaders across multiple continents.
