Harvest Force Training
Harvest Force Training is designed for believers who sense a calling to actively participate in completing the Great Commission. The World Harvest Advance Training Institute (WHATI) is the flagship training program of El-Rehoboth Global. Designed for pastors, church leaders, missionaries, and anyone passionate about global missions, WHATI provides a comprehensive, intensive learning experience that transforms participants from mission-aware to mission-active. While many churches focus on addition (adding new members), true kingdom growth happens through multiplication, where every believer is equipped to reproduce their faith in others. This program trains participants in the principles and practices of disciple-making movements, providing proven strategies for initiating and sustaining multiplication that transforms communities and reaches unreached people groups.
